Returns

If you change your mind, or are unhappy for any reason, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

After this time period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or grant refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned in suitable, similar or ideally the same outer packaging that you received it in.

If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, refunds may be refused, or a partial refund granted.

For UK Customers

For International Customers

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs on returns, and this will need to be organised at your expense. Please consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please ensure you enclose details of your order, including your name, email address and order number. This will help us to track the return once it arrives back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and, if approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within the earliest reasonable opportunity.

If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, refunds may be refused, or a partial refund granted.

If rejected, arrangements will be made to have the items sent back to you.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not include damage caused to the item during handling or installation, or for reasons outside of our reasonable control and not due to our error.

Cancellations

If you’d made an error and wish to amend or cancel your order, please inform us by e-mail as soon as possible.

In stock items are usually shipped the same working day, so cancellations may not always be possible.

Where items are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation if your items have already entered production.

If you have received your items and still wish to cancel, please refer to our returns policy above.

When returning items that were ordered in error, only the item costs will be refunded. Original shipping costs can not be refunded.

Sale Items

Only regular, fully priced items may be returned or refunded. Sale or discounted items do not qualify for any returns or refunds.
