Made of real metal, these self-adhesive metal badges for the Eaglemoss James Bond’s DB5 model are available in two sets. One comes with just the replacement ‘Superleggera’ bonnet badges, which serve as better quality substitutes for the stickers provided with the Eaglemoss DB5 model. The second includes additional boot and front wing ‘DB5’ badges missing from the model. The second set with all the badges is particularly useful if you are aiming to replicate the DB5 featured in later Bond films.
The front wing DB5 badge mods have a clear domed finish just like the real ones, with the rear DB5 badge designed to cover the DB5 mark printed on the model perfectly. All badges are high quality and self-adhesive.
Both these DB5 mod sets include ‘GB’ vinyl stickers for the rear of the car, available in three different designs from across various James Bond films.
Whilst present on production Aston Martin DB5s and in later James Bond films, the ‘DB5’ badges found on the boot and front wings were missing from Bond’s original car in Goldfinger (1964). They become noticeable in Thunderball (1965) and also in later Bond films, including GoldenEye (1995), Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) and Skyfall (2012), for example, where different DB5s were used. They also appeared on two additional cars built for publicity tours during the world premiere of Goldfinger and in the lead-up to the release of Thunderball.
If you wish to replicate the original DB5 driven by Sean Connery in Goldfinger, only the Superleggera bonnet badges are required. However, if you wish to simulate the DB5s featured in scenes from later Bond films, such as the one driven by Daniel Craig in Skyfall, you will want to install all the badges. You will also require all the badges if you plan to convert your James Bond DB5 to a standard production DB5.
Whilst briefly visible in the chase scene through Switzerland in Goldfinger and again in Thunderball, the ‘GB’ plate is mostly not present until later Bond films on subsequent DB5s, where it becomes a sticker.

I've already ordered several times something by Mike, this time the badges for the DB5, heel and toe pads for the DeLorean and again the mini cables. It is every exciting to see the great quality of everything. Because it was in so busy by the Dutch post it took awhile (almost 6 weeks) to receive it. I'm very happy. Thanks Mike.

Sticker sehen toll aus. Super Qualität. Freue mich, sie bald an meinen DB5 anbringen zu können. Wertet das Modell eindeutig auf und verleiht ihm den extra „Pfiff“. 👍🏻
